I am not an audiophile by any means, but I was looking for an inexpensive and functional turntable and this perfectly fit the bill. My only complaint is that the body is made of plastic and feels cheap.

  2. A. Clarke says:

Very easy to set up. Also a plus is that it’s very lightweight. Installing software was simple, and in no time we were able to hear records we hadn’t heard for years. A very good product.

  3. L. Chambers says:

This product is easy to set up and use. It does what it says it will do. The only drawback I have found is that the stylus arm is manually operated so you need a steady hand…no lever or automatic placement is available.

  4. G. Robert says:

This turntable has been everything I hoped for.

    1. It was inexpensive.

    2. It was easy to set up and use.

    3. Sound quality is great.

I am slowly, but surely, transferring my vinyl collection to my iTunes library. From there I can either put songs on my iPod or burn them to CDs. I have not attempted to use the “Audacity” audio software as I am quite happy with the sound just as it comes off the record using the EZ Vinyl Converter.

This unit does not come with a dust cover, although others do…or you can buy one separately. A real “techhead” might find this turntable too basic/elementary, but for me it was just right.

I bought this item so I could listen to my dad’s old records and I have to say that the audio quality was a pleasant surprise. I also wanted it to be able to transfer tracks to MP3s that I could listen to on the go. While there is some static, the sound quality actually improved when I listened to it on the ipod. It’s a rugged functional product and I’m glad I was able to get it at the price I did.
